I am the Labor candidate for the North Rocks Ward of City of Parramatta Council.
I am an artist, curator, mother and lover of suburbia.
I grew up on Jenkins Road in the North Rocks Ward and have lived in the area or neighbouring suburbs my whole life. Together with my family I have been heavily involved in local sporting clubs, community and social justice groups. Since completing my PhD in Contemporary Australian Painting, I have gained 10-years experience working in the local arts and culture sector, with 6-years experience in the Community and Culture team at City of Parramatta Council. I am passionate about better connecting people with arts and culture, community and interest groups, and Council services.
I have a clear vision for a Parramatta where all residents feel a strong sense of belonging and are empowered to participate in the future of our City and its neighbourhoods.

My daughter was born almost two years ago. Becoming parents has driven us to think deeply about how we can best use our skills and passions to contribute to building thriving and connected communities in the place we call home.
A Clear Vision
A connected, informed community
All residents feel informed and connected to Council services, facilities and libraries.
An affordable place to live with transport connectivity
Our children and grandchildren can afford to live here. They have access to contemporary community infrastructure and are connected through effective transport.
A beautiful, habitable environment
Our city and neighbourhoods are cooler, greener and more resilient against the effects of climate change.
A strong sense of belonging
All residents feel a strong sense of belonging through access to our incredible local arts and culture, community events and festivals.
A place full of opportunities
There are abundant opportunities to work locally. Our workers have safe, secure and sustainable jobs.
